Welcome to the NTCC
Our member nations
Mission
To establish a unified forum for logistical commanders to engage one another through Host Nation Support to achieve a common goal. The National Territorial Commanders Committee is an informal forum for the exchange of information and for consultation on multinational issues of concern.
The NTCC is not intended to replace bilateral arrangements between Host and Sending Nations.
History
The NTCC was established in 1986 by six nations. Their purpose was to cooperate to find a process that could streamline the cumbersome tasks required to obtain Host Nation Support from another country. The NTCC established a set of guidelines for HNS and has grown over the last 20 years to its current membership of 18 nations. Logistical commanders of each member county fully support the NTCC and its founding purpose.
